Introduction to Faithful and Virtuous Night

Faithful and Virtuous Night, published in 2014, includes 24 poems; among these, several longer poems written in verse alternate with shorter prose poems. The poems, many of which are written in the first person, feature a variety of different characters including writers, musicians, and children, but the majority of poems in the collection follow the inner and outer experience of an English artist whose parents and infant sister die in a car accident when he is a child.
