Bringing in Technology

On Day 1, students will use the Internet to conduct research for the Portrait of the Author activity. Students may use a tablet and digital painting or drawing software for the Portrait of the Narrator activity.

On Day 2, students will use the Internet to access Sylvia Plath's poetry. They may also wish to incorporate audiobooks or software that reads the poetry aloud, if they are auditory learners.

On Day 3, students may use digital drawing or painting software for the Picture Depression activity. A SMART board may be used for the City vs. Suburb activity.

On Day 4, students will use the Internet for research and digital painting and drawing software for the Novel Archetypes activity....
